TRAINING AND PLACEMENT CELL

The training and placement officer Prof. A. A. Halder (Assistant Professor in Dept of Computer Science) is motivating students to prefer jobs that better suit their profile and provide assistance in placement 100%. The training and placement activity begins with the first month of each academic year and continues to the end of the session. The grooming of students for placement in industries starts with addressing of first year newbies in Student Induction Program (STP).  Every year pre-placement talk is organized for final year students before final placement activity. 

The training and placement cell has adequate infrastructure to accommodate all the activities related to training and placement of SSESA’s Science College, Congress Nagar, Nagpur.  It has company operation room, interview room, student coordination room and five computer laboratories consists 270 advanced computers with high speed internet connectivity for conducting online screening test.  The college provides 500 plus eligible students database to various multinational companies across the country and it is the point of attraction for MNCs. 

The training and placement cell led by the Placement committee comprises TPO and members from various departments of the college.
